The important things don’t announce their progress.
Skills don’t report progress. Reputation doesn’t announce milestones. They compound on a schedule you cannot read.
The mistake is looking for the inflection point. You only see it in retrospect. What felt like invisible accumulation looks like a step change from the outside.
I have published 100+ posts. No single post changed anything. Somewhere in that sequence, the body of work became evidence.
The same thing happened with my Obsidian vault. Five months of structured thinking. At some point it stopped being an experiment and started being a system.
The only management tool is consistent input over a long horizon. You can only decide whether you’re showing up.
The inflection point arrives. You just don’t get to schedule it.
