Set the Rules. Let It Build.

Simple rules, consistently followed, produce outcomes no plan could design.

Wikipedia runs on three rules: anyone can edit, changes are visible, disputes go to discussion. No master plan. No central committee.

The result: the largest encyclopedia in history.

Bitcoin runs on a handful of consensus rules. No CEO. No headquarters.

The result: a global monetary network.

Most people try to design the outcome. The plan is always wrong.

Better question: what are the minimum rules that produce the outcome you want?

I publish daily. One idea, one draft, one review, one push. I didn’t plan 65 posts. I set a rule and let it compound.

Don’t design the cathedral. Set the conditions that let it build itself.
