The first is strategy: defining the right problem. Not managing tasks. Setting direction from noise. You cannot delegate this without delegating the outcome.
The second is taste: knowing what good looks like before you see it. This is not innate. It is built from years of reading, finishing things, and caring about quality when no one required it.
The third is access to edges. The unpublished path. The standard not yet finalized. The researcher nobody is reading yet. Not contacts. Willingness to go where the map runs out.
That third one is why the moment matters.
The architecture of AI is still being built. Standards for how agents identify themselves, pay for information, and access systems are being decided now. People who are paying attention have a window to influence what gets built. People who wait will inherit whatever defaults someone else chose.
